Physician Survey Data Collected

California Business and Professions Code section 2425.3 authorizes the Board to collect information from physicians at the time of license renewal. The physician may self-report his/her cultural background and foreign language proficiency. This information will be aggregated annually into both statewide totals and zip code of primary practice location totals and reported on the Board's Web site.

NOTE: If the physician did not indicate his/her primary practice location, the Board used the physician's address of record zip code in reporting the data. Data current as of October 30, 2007.
