Reginald Low
Dr. Reginald Low was appointed to the Division of Medical Quality by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2006. He is a professor of medicine and chief of the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Low is an interventional cardiologist and he also serves as the director of the Heart Center at the University of California, Davis Medical Center. Prior to joining the faculty at U.C. Davis, he was in private practice and medical director of the Mercy Heart Institute in Sacramento, California.
